Cancellation  Policy

Appointments canceled with less than a 24 hour notice will result in a 100% charge of the appointment booked. Each appointment is allotted one reschedule. If rescheduling becomes frequent you may be asked for a deposit for future appointments. Please note these policies are to keep appointment bookings running smoothly. We are aware some things happen out of your control and will always do our best to be accommodating.
